Description Position at Keystone Powdered Metal Company Keystone Powdered Metals, a Sumitomo Company located in Troutman, NC is expanding our Manufacturing AreaNeed dependable candidate who are able to operate CNC Lathe, Boring, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, or Deburring EquipmentFollow Process Sheets and Control Plans to assure conformance to requirementsComplete Machine Preventive MaintenanceMeasure dimensions of production parts using a series of gages including but not limited to drop gages, micrometers, plug gages, fixtures, etcLog inspection data and maintain Statistical Process ControlRecord daily production using Factivity System, production boards, etcResponsible for the quality of all product producedDaily 6S of assigned pressesStrive to achieve daily production targetsIdentify safety, quality, and process improvements via Kaizen ideas program Qualifications Stable Job HIstory, Good Work EthicAbility to work 12-hour shifts, only 2 or 3 days in a row Ability to lift 35 pounds as needed Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Continuous Quality Improvement (Cqi) Drilling Operations Hardworking And Dedicated Lathes Metal Lathes Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
